## Description

Welcome to the stylish SolarGo2 WL003 security light.

Made from coated gunmetal grey aluminium and strong UV resilient plastic, it is a light that is going to last. This light oozes quality and once installed and running (a simple 2 screw install) its light output rivals most mains powered security lights but with none of the wiring hassles.

The 2000 lumens output is activated via its PIR. You can then choose what level of output it reverts to with its 3 lighting modes. This light also has a remote control letting you set the different modes at will.

It will also let you set the light to be constantly on for 10 or 20 mins at a time before reverting back to the original mode you set the light to. A simple press of the button on the light or remote will change modes and the button on the light will glow red, orange or green letting you know what you have set it to.

This gorgeous looking light also has the brilliant ASL2.1 Technology and TCS technology built in**.

## FAQ

**How do I turn the light on and off?**

The ON/OFF/FUNCTION button is on top of this light. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn this light on or off.

**What batteries are used in the Remote control?**

It uses 2 x AAA batteries (not supplied).

**How do I know what mode the light is in?**

This light has three modes which are activated with the ON/OFF/FUNCTION button / or the remote. Each of the functions will make the power button light up a different colour as follows: Red = Mode 1 Orange = Mode 2 Green = Mode 3

**What does each mode do?**

Mode 1: This gives you a PIR security light that runs at 60 lumens until the PIR picks up some movement. It then gives you the full 2000 lumens output for 10 seconds before returning to the 60 lumens setting (unless it registers another movement during this time). Mode 2: This gives you a PIR security light that runs at 120 lumens until the PIR picks up some movement. It then gives you the full 2000 lumens output for 10 seconds before returning to the 120 lumens setting (unless it registers another movement during this time). Mode 3: This lets the light run at 200 lumens for 5 hours at this light level with the full 2000 lumens if the PIR detects movement. After the 5 hours the light sets itself down to 40 lumens saving the power in the internal battery but still with the PIR function of 2000 lumens.

**How do I access the timer modes?**

You need to do this from the remote control as follows: Press the "T" button once for 10 mins run time with the light returning to its previous setting. Press the "T" button twice for 20 mins run time with the light returning to its previous setting.

**Do I need to bring this light in during the winter in the UK?**

No, this light has been designed to remain outside in all weather conditions.

**I am worried that the internal battery will die, and I will not have a working light, can I replace it?**

If your light stops working, please call us and we will help you get it going again. If the Internal battery needs replacing it is something we need to do in our workshop and not something you can do at home, sorry.

**I am only getting 2 to 3 hours of light, what is wrong?**

This sounds like your battery is in a low state of charge and you are running the light flat each night. Please try some of the options below to fix it:

Make sure the solar panel part of the light isn't covered up or dirty Move the light to somewhere it gets more daylight / sun during the day Try setting the light to Mode 1 as this will only set the light on when movement is detected, saving the power in the battery when it's not being used.

**How do I know if the built-in battery has got power in it?**

There is a little LED on the light that will indicate the power in the battery once the units running at night.

Green = 80% + charge in the battery Steady Orange = 50% to 80% charge in the battery Steady Red = under 50% charge in the battery

**I have dropped / broken my light do you have spare parts?**

We do carry a few spare parts so please call the office to see what we can do to help.

**Where can I buy more of this light?**
