SolarGo2 is my brainchild, born from over 30 years in the technology industry, with the last 18 years dedicated to the solar and renewables sector. Our experience spans from small consumer goods to large-scale solar off-grid lighting and power grid systems across Africa.

Over the years, I have been astounded by the decline in the quality of consumer solar products. Many in the industry continue to produce subpar products for the mass market, overlooking the potential for innovation and excellence.

Only a handful of companies are truly striving to make a difference with superior quality products at an affordable price.

Kevin is a qualified electrician with over 40 years of experience in generators, leisure vehicles, solar system design, solar installations, and more.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin on various projects, from simple tasks like creating power systems for caravans and boats to designing, procuring, creating, and deploying solar-powered grid systems. These systems power street lighting and provide electricity in rural areas of Kenya, including the remote island of Remba.

Kevin is known for his no-nonsense approach, but if you're willing to learn, you'll find he has a big heart and a wealth of knowledge to share.

Alison brings a wealth of experience in customer engagement to our team.

A friendly and approachable voice on the end of the phone, Alison is always ready to assist our customers with their inquiries.

In addition to her customer-facing role, Alison plays a crucial part in keeping both Kevin and me on track, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her organizational skills and positive attitude make her an invaluable member of the SolarGo2 team.
