Delivery

Products are usually shipped the same day or possibly next day if ordered before 1.00pm, however, during busy periods, stock may be short and the item will be shipped as soon as new stock arrives. We will notify you if this is the case. Please note that this does not mean guaranteed next day delivery.

Lithium Battery Delivery

Kindly be informed that lithium batteries require shipping through a specialised company, which typically takes approximately 3 to 4 days, to UK-based locations only. We regret to inform you that express service is not available for these items.

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Delivery Timeframes

You can typically expect a First-Class delivery to arrive within 2-5 days of posting and the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. We will not consider a First-Class parcel lost until 14 days have passed. This does not happen very often and if an item does not arrive promptly, it is still very likely that it will arrive within the 14 days.

Unfortunately, If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until 14 days have passed.

Items with a value of less than 30GBP weighing less than 2kg are dispatched via Royal Mail first class. Anything heavier than 2kg is sent via carrier on an overnight (not guaranteed) service. The checkout has an option to select next working day delivery.

Next Working Day - if this service is specified during the checkout process before 2pm, these products will be dispatched via RM Special Delivery or on a 'before 12' carrier. It may be worth calling if you require a Next Day and it is later than 1.00pm as we will try our best to get it to you.

Saturday Deliveries

We cannot currently arrange for a Saturday delivery. This is being addressed and as soon as we can this page will be updated with the details.
